Moving your Artstor account to a new institution

Users who leave one Artstor subscribing institution to go to another do not need to create a new account. Instead, please contact Artstor Support letting us know you have moved to a new institution and include in the body of your message:

• Your Artstor account login email from your former institution and your new institutional email address.
• The full name of your former institution.
• The full name of your new institution.

Once you have been notified that the account has been migrated, you can log in using your new institutional email address.

Accounts that are moved will retain any Groups created in that account, minus any images that were unique to your previous institution, such as a shared Personal Collections or JSTOR Forum Institutional collections.
