JSTOR Forum is a media management system that allows you to catalog, manage, and share your digital collections. You can upload your images, video, audio, and documents to Forum and add data to make it searchable. The content you catalog can then can be published and shared on library.artstor.org, Omeka sites, or DPLA. Content can also be harvested from our OAI-PMH server for inclusion in a library discovery system or in another local environment.
If you are at an institution that subscribes to JSTOR Forum, you will have access to institutional collections from within the Artstor Workspace. These images will be marked with an “Institutional” label and, depending on permissions, can be found and used in the same way as Digital Library images.
In addition to Institutional Collections, Forum subscribers can choose to share their collections publicly on library.artstor.org. Public Collections are visible to all Artstor subscribers in the Artstor workspace. Beginning in 2019, Public Collections on library.artstor.org will be available to users whether or not they are logged in and the content will be indexed by major search engines.
