Beginning June 1st 2017 upload and data entry for Personal Collections will be paused. During this pause you will be able to share, download, and save your existing images to groups as usual. Uploading of OIV presentations into personal collections will also be disabled. If you need to share OIV presentations with students, please convert them to PDFs. Please see this page to learn about using Shared Shelf to upload and edit content in your personal collection while these features are paused this summer.

About Personal Collections

Personal Collections are available to registered users with Instructor-level privileges. Your Personal Collection allows you 1GB of space to add images or media files, that you would like to add to your image groups, and/or share with users at your institution.

After logging in to your Artstor account, the Personal Collection options will appear on the front page of the Digital Library along the right side of the screen, titled “My personal collection.”

Or, you can browse to your Personal Collection from the landing page by selecting Collections from the Browse menu on the left side of the page.

You can build your collection by uploading images and adding data, and organize and manage your files.

Please note: Participating Artstor institutions may or may not choose to enable Personal Collections. Please contact your institutional contact via the link on the front page if you have questions about access to Personal Collections.
